Register a Free Account

In order to bid, you must first set-up a free user account. It only takes a minute and will give you access to the brands your customers demand. To get started today, click on the MY ACCOUNT simply to start the registration process.

Confirm Email

After completing the user registration, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address used during registration. Click on the link provided in the email to verify and complete your account set up. Alpha Shop keeps confidential your contact information. Communication concerning the auction system and bids you’ve placed will be communicated via the email you provide. Please note, you must confirm your email address before you will be able to bid on auctions.

Verify a Payment Method

All new users are required to verify a payment method before bidding. Alpha Shop ensures the integrity of the marketplace by only permitting bids from confirmed/legitimate users are accepted. Your credit card will not be charged during the verification process.

Search Listings

In order to locate merchandise, Alpha Shop provides several ways to search for the products you desire.  You can enter keywords, categories, and/or conditions of products you are interested in seeing. Results can be sorted by: quantity, packages, condition, functionality, bid price, or time left. An advanced search is available for even more precision and control.

Place a Bid

A bid box is located prominently at the top of each auction page. Enter your bid in the box and press “BID NOW”. For your convenience, you can enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the lot. The system will automatically input the lowest bid required to make you the top bid for that auction. If no bids have been placed and your bid is higher than the reserve price your bid will be set to the reserve price for that auction.

Monitor the Auction

If you entered your “maximum bid” the first time you bid on an auction you will not need to continuously monitor the auction listing. Our system will auto increment your bids the minimum amount needed to outbid other users up to the maximum bid you have set. Only when your max. bid has been outbid will our system notify you that you will need to enter a new maximum bid if you are still interested in winning that auction. You will also receive email notification if you win a bid. Once a bid is won the auction moves from your “BIDDING” page to your “ORDERS” page where it is marked “UNPAID”.

Checkout & Payment

You will receive an email notification when you win an auction. Click on the link provided to be take to your pending order. You can also access the “ORDERS” page under the “MY ACCOUNT” menu. Select the order you wish to pay for by pressing the “PAY NOW” button. Complete the secure checkout process by selecting your payment method (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank Wire, and Etransfer). Credit card  payments will be applied instantly to your order. Bank Wires orders will be marked as “PROCESSING” until payment from your banking institution is confirmed. Users have two (2) business days to complete payment after winning an auction.

Order is Shipped

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be packed for shipment. Typically, orders will ship within 1-14 business days of payment confirmation. Users can choose to have Alpha Shop handle the shipping or arrange shipping themselves. In both cases, Alpha Shop posts updates to the “ORDER” page of your account so you can clearly see: when the product is ready for shipment, if the order has shipped and tracking information for the shipment.
